A Bet Contract

I, Kyla S., do hereby recognize that on this 4th day of August, 2006, I entered a verbal (MSN) agreement with Bryan T.

The details of the agreement are as follows:

- If, by the year end of the year 2010, a new installment of Indiana Jones HAS NOT been made (with no set date for release), I, Kyla S., owe Bryan T. a total of ten (10) dollars and zero (0) cents, Canadian funds.

- If, however, Indiana Jones HAS been made by the year end of the year 2010 (or a set date for release), Bryan T. owes Kyla S. a total of ten (10) dollars and zero (0) cents, Canadian funds.

The party who wins is also entitled to five (5) years of bragging rights without the complaint of the opposing party until 2015. After the year end of the year 2015, all bragging is to cease, or face an onslaught of complaints and arguments from the opposing party.

Signed,

Kyla R. Springall

This thing will never get made.

They keep pushing it back saying, "We need to find the right script." "We need to find a time to get together."

Meanwhile, Harrison just turned 64, which is way too old. (Sean Connery was only 59 when Crusade came out.)

So, they make it with a new Indy? I don't think so. That stuff may fly with Bond or Batman or even Superman, but I don't think people would accept it for Indiana Jones.

But that's just me.
