Welcome To Non-Bloggers Anonymous

Group Leader: Welcome to the support group for non-bloggers. We'll start to my right. Please state your name, and why you are here.

Kyla: Hi, everyone...I'm Kyla.

Group: Hi Kyla.

Kyla: Well...this is hard for me to admit, but...I've been neglecting my blog.

Group Leader: It's ok, Kyla. This is a safe place.

Ok, back to the real world now. All of you who actually read this do not need to remind me that it's been nearly two weeks since I actually updated my blog. For all I know you probably all think I'm still at camp, when I actually came back over a week ago today.

Life has been crazy. Sometimes I literally feel like I need to schedule in time to breathe, time to be myself, and time express my emotions. I want to tell you all about it, but I'm doing this between training sessions and have to be back down for our final session in 10 minutes. And if you think life will get any easier after training, you'd be wrong. The students move in tomorrow and Sunday, and then from Sunday on we have welcome week events, then I get a couple of days off, and then school starts.

It's not too bad...I mean, I love the job and I love the people I work with. I'll be honest though...it's very overwhelming and sometimes very emotionally draining. I know that it's going to be a positive experience though.

I'm gonna post my to-do list, so those who read this can get on my butt for something other than not-blogging.

To-Do:
1) Finish floor decorations and activities for welcome week.
2) Post Mexico pictures, and send to Mexico friends.
3) Write about Mexico and RA training on blog.
4) Finally finish cleaning room.
5) Get some sleep.

That is all for now...don't forget, if you see me on MSN, say 'hi'...I miss you all!
