For Better Or For Worse

I meant to post this a couple weeks ago when it ran, but I kept forgetting.

Anyway, thanks to Lynn Johnson, the Canadian creator of For Better Or For Worse, whose comics always seem to mirror my life when I need them the most.

Depressing News And Stuff I've Discovered

Well...my friend Kayla says she saw the commercial...and I guess it's not Steve Buscemi. *sigh*

She did agree, however, that it was a very good look-alike, but that mystery man is younger...I wonder if he's single? (Note to Bryan: not that I'm looking; Note to everyone else: if anyone knows his number, let me know.)

Anyway...I discovered two amazing things this week for the first time:

Lemon meringue yogurt and podcasts.

I'm not totally sure which one I'm more excited about. The yogurt was pretty rockin', but it can't go on my ipod, but I can't eat the podcasts. Life is tough.

Anyway, I'm now subscribed to the Ebert and Roeper podcast (those two are great) and a couple cartoon ones which rock my socks. There is this one, called Happy Tree Friends...it's totally morbid (Joc, I recommend, for the love your teddy bears, do not watch anything from this site) but freakin' hilarious. I've apparently also been watching too much Family Guy lately, because I seem to be cuttin' all the g's off my ing's.

An Earth Shattering Turn Of Events!

Guys...

I am breaking my silence for something important...something earth shattering and will bound to change the course of my life, forever.

I swear that I saw Steve Buscemi in a commerical.

Now, I can't remember what the commerical was for, though I'm pretty sure it was for Starburst (I've been to their website though, no such commerical and I can't locate a similar looking product.) I also have no clue what was said, because the second I recognized him I dropped whatever I was holding, stopped in the middle of my sentence, and promptly pointed at the TV and started squealing. All I remember is two people (one being Steve Buscemi (if it wasn't him, it was a VERY good lookalike), on the right, in a helmet, on a bike.)

Guys...I NEED to see this commerical again...it is the only way my life will be complete. If you've seen it and can give me any more information about it so I can track it down, you will be my hero. Forever and ever and ever.
